Social Media Management Case Study: City Signs

City Signs is the leading provider of commercial signage within Worcestershire and also supports UK and overseas clients.

Vehicle livery, banners, flags, exhibition stands and displays are also provided.

The aim

Although active on LinkedIn and Twitter; City Signs MD, Darren Wilkins recognised the untapped potential for business growth that increased social media reach could bring.

He was also aware that managing social media takes a great deal of time.

He asked IM9ACT to review and then uplift delivery, including the quantity and quality of posts.

The delivery

IM9ACT reviewed existing activity and return and devised an extended social media strategy.

In addition to taking over daily activity on Twitter and LinkedIn this included new Facebook and Instagram accounts, giving City Signs an interactive presence across all relevant platforms.

To support posts, eye-catching and professionally designed bespoke graphics are created.
